Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of glowdame.com and to every order you place with us. Glow Dame is operated by Marknadslyftarna, Prastgardsgatan 2, 172 32 Sundbyberg, Sweden. The only way to contact us is by email at info@glowdame.com. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law. We may suspend access or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

2. Orders and acceptance

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if delivery to your address is not possible, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown on the product page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout, normally USD for US customers. Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude any customs duties or import taxes. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Payment and checkout

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is accepted.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship worldwide from a third-party fulfilment partner. Handling takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery normally takes a further 8 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Full details, including customs duties and undelivered parcels, are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and which varies by region.

7. Intended use of the device

The Glow Dame LED Face Mask is a cosmetic personal-care device for at-home use on clean, dry skin. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, keep sessions to the recommended length, and do not look directly into the lights. Do not use the mask on broken or irritated skin, if you are taking photosensitising medication, or if you have a light-sensitive condition, without first speaking to a qualified professional.

8. Medical disclaimer

The mask is a cosmetic device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistent use. If you have a skin or health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

9. Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, covering repair, replacement or refund at our option. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, normal wear or battery capacity loss over time. Report a defect to info@glowdame.com with your order number and photographs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost opportunity. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including statutory product liability.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Glow Dame name, logo, text, photography, video and page design, is owned by or licensed to Marknadslyftarna and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes fall to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of all mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms removes the right to bring a claim before the courts or consumer dispute body of that country.

13. Changes
